01Who we are

BJNEXUS.AI is a software and AI automation studio based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For this policy, we are the party that decides how the personal information collected through this website is used.

02What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive:

• your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number (at least one way to reach you);
• your requirement, and the project type you pick;
• optionally, your company, location, planning range and target timeline.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send in those messages.

Collected automatically. We record which page you landed on and, if you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, the campaign details in that link (such as UTM tags). Our hosting and analytics tools also receive standard technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the time of each visit.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare the proposals, estimates and follow-ups you ask for.
• To understand how the site is used, and to improve it.
• To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who may be interested in our services.
• To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us, and where the law allows, on legitimate business and legal reasons.

04Analytics, cookies & ads

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, for example clicks on our WhatsApp links and activity on the enquiry form. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to do this.

If we run ads on Google or Meta platforms, their tags may recognise your browser so we can measure results and show our ads to relevant people.

You can limit this by changing your browser’s cookie settings, clearing cookies, using the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts, or installing Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies won’t stop you using this site.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and our business:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website;
• Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry form submission to us by email;
• Google (Analytics, and Google Ads if we use it) and Meta (if we use its advertising tools);
• email and messaging tools, such as Gmail and WhatsApp, that we use to reply to you.

These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and security.

06Where it’s processed

We are based in India, and our providers may process information in India and in other countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these places.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to respond to you, carry out any work we agree on, and keep reasonable business and legal records. After that we delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site. No online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

09Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other privacy laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• stop using it, by withdrawing the consent you gave us.

Email bjnexus.ai@gmail.com with your request and the email address or phone number you used. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

10Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

11Links to other sites

This site links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and GitHub. Their privacy practices are covered by their own policies.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated policy.
